Platinum rhodium thermocouple material for continuous high-temperature measurement

Type S is a noble-metal thermocouple type that uses Platinum 10% Rhodium as the positive leg and pure Platinum as the negative leg. It is commonly used for clean high-temperature furnace, laboratory, and calibration-related applications.
