Material certificate for 316L stainless steel, with heat-number traceability.
Ra value support is available when surface finish needs to be documented for the application.
A certificate of conformance is included as standard with all orders.
Dimensional inspection report, available on request.
A NIST-traceable calibration certificate is available when calibration documentation is required.

Hygienic Process Geometry

Sanitary RTD geometry is selected around the process connection, insertion depth, cleanability requirement, and replacement access. Flush-mount and hygienic connection styles can be reviewed when the measurement point needs to minimize product hold-up and support washdown or clean-in-place practices.
