Flange chart PDFs for process and sensor assembly planning

These flange dimension and weight charts are commonly used when checking ANSI/ASME class ratings, bolt patterns, and process-connection fit. For Thermometrics projects, flange data is usually part of a complete thermowell, RTD, or thermocouple assembly specification.

When requesting a flanged temperature sensor assembly, include the flange class, nominal size, facing, material, bore, insertion length, thermowell or protection tube details, and the required sensor type.

For RFQs, include

  • Class rating and nominal size
  • Facing type and material
  • Thermowell or probe insertion length
  • RTD or thermocouple element details

Flanged sensor assemblies

Thermometrics supports flanged RTD and thermocouple assemblies where the flange, thermowell or protection tube, insertion length, element, and termination must be built as a single matched assembly.

Thermowells and severe duty

For process lines, reactors, vessels, and severe-duty points, flange selection should be reviewed with the thermowell or protection tube design.
