The chemical industry incorporates a variety of special application sensors, each with their own specific process requirements. Thermometrics produces temperature sensors that meet these specifications for almost every application within the industry. Over the years Thermometrics has designed and developed many custom sanitary sensors, some of which are the fast response style which may be critical for sanitary sensor systems. We also produce a line of sensors that flush-mount with the interior wall of a storage tank, measuring the temperature of the material without penetrating the inside of the vessel.
Thermometrics offers a variety of explosion proof sensors assemblies. Many of our sensors are available with the protection of a thermowell. The majority of our sensor assemblies had the ability to accommodate connection heads and transmitters.
