Weld Pad Sensor Special Features

are commonly used in Petro-Chemical industries. The sensors are welded or clamped to measure process temperature and are available in 3 basic configurations.
The samples shown are 100 ohm RTD sensors in a 4 wire configuration with Teflon® lead wire covered by a stainless steel flex armor cable. The temperature range is –50 to +250°C. Fiberglass lead wire is also available to increase the temperature range to +400°C. The length of the tip, sheath, & lead wire are specified by the customer to suit the application.
These configurations can be manufactured as RTD’s Thermocouples, Thermistors & Direct to Digital Semi-Conductor Sensors, based on the temperature limitations and specific process requirements.
